Graphite electrodes are made of high-quality petroleum coke and asphalt, and are made through calcination, batching, kneading, molding, baking, graphitization, and mechanical processing. The graphite electrode joints are made through three impregnations and four baking processes.

The low sulfur and low nitrogen graphitized petroleum coke produced by our company is made from calcined petroleum coke, which is fully graphitized under the continuous graphitization process at a minimum temperature of 3000℃. Then, through crushing, sieving and grading, it is provided to customers with different particle sizes from 0-50mm according to their requirements.

Calcined petroleum coke (CPC) is a highly conductive dense carbon with very low specific resistance and has about 99.5% fixed carbon.
