Insulation Brick
Insulation brick can be used in lining of pyrolysis furnace, hot blast stove, ceramic roller kiln, electric porcelain drawer kiln and various resistance furnaces. Specification should be different according to different furnaces/kilns, standard shapes and customized drawings are acceptable.
Monolithic Refractory
Castable refractory by mixing with high level aluminum bauxite and corundum as raw material, and adding anchoring agent, coagulator and water reducing agent at the same time. Using for casting for various ladle bottom and ladle wall.
Tundish Refractory Material
Tundish Nozzles are mainly with Zirconium inserted, featuring high refractoriness, and low expansion rate, superior resistance to erosion/corrosion and thermal shock and long service life. According to customers’ different needs, ZA can provide various sizes and specifications.

Ladle nozzle adopts super alumina or corundum as the aggregate, and focuses on strengthening the matrix, and is produced by high-pressure molding process, which has the characteristics of anti-erosion, long life, good integrity and so on, reaching the international advanced level.
Recarburizer
Recarburizer also be named carbon raiser, carbon additive, Carburant, is a carbon material using for incorporating carbon into steel and cast iron in high temperature. Recarburizer is used to adjust the carbon levels of the steel while it is still liquid state before casting.
