New equipment for dust removal is put into use

On the basis of the completion of the dust reduction and particulate recovery of the smoke dust of the smelting platform, ZhenAn has included the comprehensive upgrade and transformation of the dust removal system in the original polishing crushing area of the finishing workshop into the key project of the year. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the project, the technical personnel from the transformation of site selection, equipment selection to the construction plan, etc., have made thorough arrangements. The whole set of equipment selects the most advanced PLC automatic control system, the design air volume is 30000m3/h, the total investment is more than 400,000 yuan. The system will be connected with the online monitoring of environmental protection, and the visualization, data and intelligence of the regional dust removal system will be realized after the operation of the equipment.
